Please note that this action is irreversible and all of your data including Profile, Posts, etc. will be deleted forever and you won't be able to retrieve them back.


Steps to delete your Hobbmate account from the App:


  1. Tap on the Profile icon or your Profile Photo from the bottom right to go to your Profile.
  2. Tap on the Options button from the top left to go to the options screen.
  3. Under the Account category, locate and tap on Manage Your Account.
  4. Under the Disable category, locate and tap on Delete Your Account.
  5. On the next screen you may provide a reason if you will, to help us better understand your decision, and tap on I understand, Delete my account.

    Taking immediate effect, your account won't be accessible nor visible on the platform and your data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 14 days, unless you write to us here before the 14 day period. 


Please note that once permanently deleted, no backups of your data would remain and your username would be available for any other user to acquire.


Alternatively, to delete your account you can write to us here, don't forget to mention your Hobbmate username. It generally takes less than 24 hours for us to review your request and take the action.
