The below steps are to help you reset your password if you've lost or forgot your current password. If you already know your current password and wish to change it, please see Change Password.

To request a password reset link to your mail if you're unable to login or forgot your current password:

  1. If you're on the Sign Up screen, click the Log In button in the bottom.
  2. Tap the "Forgot Password?" button below Username and Password fields or in the bottom of the screen. 
  3. Fill in your email in the email field.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Now check your email for a password reset link, use the link to enter a new password and check for the confirmation.
  6. Once you've successfully reset your password, Open the app again and Login with your Username and new Password.
